RKM Brandschutzservice is an Austrian company specializing in organizational fire protection, with over 20 years of experience in the fire service. As an external fire safety officer certified according to TRVB O 117, and offering practical fire extinguisher training, the company serves businesses throughout Austria. Their previous website covered a broad range of services without clearly highlighting their two core offerings. The goal of this project was to focus the online presence specifically on the external fire safety officer and the fire extinguisher training, guiding inquiries directly to the relevant services through clear user navigation.
Project
DigitalArk implemented a complete website rebranding for RKM Brandschutzservice on Wix Studio, focusing on their two core services: external fire safety officer and fire drills. The homepage was redesigned, with the two core services as the central hero area. A new "Contact" subpage with an expanded inquiry form and a funnel structure (service → company → contact → message) guides interested parties to get in touch in a structured way. A consistent call-to-action (CTA) system on the homepage and service pages directs visitors straight to the contact page. In addition, on-page SEO was implemented for all relevant subpages, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and keywords. The result is a clearly structured, conversion-oriented website that puts the two most important services front and center.
