At the State Fire Service Competition in Schwechat, DigitalArk made a strong digital statement: With the AI bot "Florian," we developed an intelligent, 24/7 solution that took visitor service to a whole new level – fast, reliable, and efficient.
Project
Major events like the State Fire Service Competition bring thousands of visitors with a multitude of questions – from schedules and parking options to campsite regulations. The challenge: managing this flood of information in real time without additional staff. The goal was to create a central, digital information interface that communicates reliably around the clock.
With "Florian," our specially developed AI bot, we implemented a flexible and intuitive solution directly on the official event website. The bot was specifically trained for the event, continuously monitored, and professionally supported throughout the entire competition. Over 10,000 visitors were provided with quick, precise answers and helpful information on all relevant topics within seconds – efficient, user-friendly, and noticeably lessening the workload for the on-site organizing team.
